This is an A3 pencil portrait of the actor Tom Selleck. It took me a month to finish, but I like the end result. I think this is my best work to date.
Medium: Pencil
Size: A3

Hi again. Thank you for sending the reference photo. I now know that you did not do this as copying a projection image. Nice. You have skill. After reviewing I see it different. Look at the eyebrows. His right has a higher peak about 5 degrees from the nose area to the downward break than you show. His left eye brow is larger than you show. You are so close. Been there far to many times. It is all in the eyebrows. Look hard and correct it.

Hi Carl! Thank you for your comment. You're right, his eye is a little bit off, but that's the way he is ;). I based my drawing on this picture of Tom: http://goo.gl/yp5B5Z

As you can see, the "off eye" is there as well, and I wasn't even trying to correct that :).
Nevertheless, thanks again. Every feedback is always appreciated.

What a happy drawing. You almost got him. Portraits are so hard. That is why I am always engaged with them. I think his left eye (the right as you look at the picture) is off just a little bit. Each eye is on target when you block out one or the other. But, together it is ever so slightly not right. Been there, done that. Wish you the best on the corrections.
