Hidden Lioness

by AndrewAlan7
Wildlife is all around us, it's all about how you look at things. I've showcased this piece before and some people said they see a lioness running, and some said they see a lioness crouched down. It's all about perspective.

I do not understand some of my fellow artists. The sky is supposed to be a major part of the artwork presented in this contest. The medium and size are also elements to be judged. Proper cropping of the picture or painting is the added touch to be competitive. So I am really confused why artists slap stuff into a contest without paying attention to the basic entry requirements. Could someone enlighten me?

The painting is lovely. Colorful and strong, yet abstract. But the contest is for art with the sky as the main part. There is no sky in this painting.

No sky.
