Just downloaded this picture for a closer look. Ignore this old guy's comments about "scrubble". It would completely change your style of water color. So, on second thought after looking at a bigger image I think this is just fine. You have good balance between the lights and the darks. The three point interests causes eye movement from face to basket to hands to face is perfect. Every reason I have given causes me to vote 5.

You are welcome. Your have a really nice heart warming style of the old Dutch masters with a little Norman Rockwell thrown in with the expression on the face. The only thing I notice in all your figure paintings is the cut and paste look between the form and the background. I think if you could do the ever so slightly line blend between the form and the background that it would help make the form look more three dimensional. The old masters would "scrubble" with an almost dry brush.

Hi Carl. It's an 8"x10" watercolor. I thought I had put in all that info but I guess I was wrong- as usual.Thank you for your kind comment.

Well, now we need the medium and size. This is a very nicely rendered painting.
