hmmm, not much experience with indoor lights, personally. But I do remember coming across a similar topic a few years ago. I would always recommend natural light so photograph your work in a room with windows and plenty of natural light. If that is not possible, just use any indoor light source (preferable 2 - one from each side) and diffuse it with a white sheet. And these days, any good camera will have plenty of setting to allow you to get a nice result. You would just need to Google the proper setting (aperture, ISO, etc.) for your camera.
