Art Showdown Voting Proceedures

Voting should be based on originality, composition, execution and importance relative to theme. A Singular Creation has ultimate authority in the decision making process.

Preliminary Voting
The preliminary vote will take place on our user gallery. A Singular Creation will jury this portion of the contest. We will narrow the submissions down by selecting a small percentage of them to advance to the final voting round.

Final Vote
The final vote will take place on our forums. Each contest will have a thread dedicated to it, where anyone can vote for their favorite finalists.

How We Choose a Winner
The popular vote will count as 25% of the overall score, which is one vote. There will also be three "A Singular Creation" panel judges who each make up 25%, or one vote, of the final score. Each of the four votes will award (1, 2 or 3) points to each of the finalists for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. The total points given by the four votes will be added. The artist with the lowest total of points will be awarded the winner.
