Unproductive for you to make excuses for this look. Not a matter of a paint bump or one wrong line. His nose is 'out there' and compared to the rest of the good craftsmanship, this 'imperfection' stands out. Tanya's a fine artist and you are a great marketer. Please don't lower your standards of creativity - You are much, much better than that. If it's 'sold' I wouldn't give your client the piece without fixing it. Think about your rep. E

Thank you for your learned critique. I am sure she will do better moving forward, this is her first tiny little human face sculpt. Tanya’s art is generally well-received by many in spite of imperfection.

I'm afraid it does - looks like it was stuck on at the last moment. Messy. Don't try to spin it, Rebecca - I've been looking at art for over 40 years and I know alll the rationalizations. E

I uploaded before Tanya decided to come up with an official title and am updating it. When I get more time I will fill out details. Working title was Dapper Dude and Duck, now it seems he is a learned gentleman. Some folks have jagged facial features, in real life vs photo image the nose looks better than this. Perhaps the Prof. had a thing for boxing in his youth, that adds character. I guess you are fixated on one thing, sorry if it ruins your experience of the whole.
