The Coasters

This spiral art reminds me of drink coasters, and from there to "The Coasters", a favorite rock group of mine. They had such great hits as "Searchin'", "Yakety Yak", "Along Came Jones", "Charlie Brown", "Poison Ivy", "Little Egypt", "Love Potion Number Nine", and several others. And so I chose to name this piece in memory of that group and those great hits. Moldy Oldies can make for a fun afternoon.

The artwork also reminds me of my mother's quilts, and the circles she painstaking sewed together by hand
