"Holy Man"

This is one of my earlier paintings which I did for a series called "African Beauty"
Holy Man is a painting of an Ethiopian Catholic Priest. Given all the killings that are
being done in "God's " name this time in history as well as the past, I thought he might
be a reminder of the "True meaning of what "God's Love is really about. Thank you for
reminding me Eddie.

I like this one a lot.. interesting composition and great choice of color... I would suggest to not be afraid to work the image more... punch up the depth and highlights - define the layers and folds of fabric... did you do more of these?
