I love to draw and I just want everyone's opinions on the work. I want to persue a career in the arts field.

It is not appropriate for me to say anything in this forum. If you truly want an honest critique, place this in the Fury Forum. But, check my critiques in the Fury Forum before you do so.

Hello, J
You have drawing skills. And that,s the most important thing. And when doing oils.
Remenber these two things. It is color and detail that build a fine painting.
Perfection is what drives an artist.
The inability to achieve perfection is what creates a work of art.

It is definitely a good start.. but I wouldn't call it finished... there is some great opportunities and potentials here that you could capitalize on. Work more on the shading and highlights.. .less on using lines to define the edges of features. Bring out the folds and layers of the cloth, and the textures of hair... Keep going, you are on a good track!
May your world be painted in the Brightest of colors!
