In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), MSCOD has a number of events planned in 2015. MSCOD plans to commission artwork to display and distribute at these events, which include but are not limited to: Family Day at the Minnesota History Center, Policy Conference in St. Paul, and the Minnesota State Fair. The artwork will be used as a commemorative, public awareness poster campaign. The artwork must celebrate the ADA and how it has enhanced the lives of people with disabilities. The original artwork must be printable on paper media. Artwork can contain: paintings, drawings, collages, photography, or computer generated images. We cannot accept artwork that is not original or suggests plagiarism. However, artists are invited to use the MSCOD photo library for artistic content.
