Very interesting, I like the muted tones a lot.

Other than the plates, I used paper for texture, a palate knife for parts, some chalk pastels and bushes of course Thank you both for commenting! Jen, the noted tones ended up portraying the depression in my life, while the little red perhaps represented the anger.

I understand... abstracts to the artist often have some representation in some way or another. Many times reflective of mood or feeling in the moment. keep it up.

the connection of the plates is unique. the shades of blus in the plate out line make them stand out.
