Your color choices and compliments are well done. You have effectively conveyed a sense of life, using movement in your brush strokes. As a constructive critique (and this only applies if realism were a goal in your peice) is to be mindfull of facial/bone structure and proportions (width/size and angle of eyes and their placement, in relation to other features, etc.). If you are going for a more interpretive and artistic view of a person, and realism is not the goal, then all is good.
