Very nice color harmony I like the swirling motion of the brushstrokes very neat and eye catching. You might want to watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6E1M-kY ... DQ&lf=plcp it gives a lot of tips about painting.

I really like the texture of the building.. but it currently looks like its floating or stuck onto the canvas... giving a feeling of unnatural. sky color, is pretty, but with the other tones, I think it too is a bit on the cobalt side for a feeling of natural... its motions and movements are great!
