Scale, detail, lighting, and shadow all very well done. I am amazed when I see such softness and depth with acrylics, when it is used right. So how do you get them to look like this. what mediums do you use with them? Any glazes, retarder I see you already said. but what else?
Any advice for oil painters going to acrylics? I started out with acrylics but coudln't get the effect I wanted with them so went to Water mixable oils, and will be giving acrylics another chance.
