Hey John . . .How much will it weigh when finished do u think?I got to thinking about that town in Colorado . . It is Dinosaur ,Co. they could buy something like this or , perhaps a museum or paleo place somewheres . . It's really comin' along. .
Will try to eliminate welds. To do this I wiil drill a hole in one leg. And incert a small steel rod. I will plug weld this rod. Not sure How this will work out.

Will this weekend mount rex on a stand. I had a young man name Jordan at work to make this stainless steel stand for me. It is 10" in dim. 1&1/2" high. The soft look of the stainless steel and the rustic look of the kinda dark onze will give a good contrast. And will ing the world of the very old to the world of the very new. And our big freind of 65 million years ago. Will live again.
Thanks for all the kind comments. One could say I started this work 32 years ago. But was to unskilled to evan get started. I guess it's been 32 years in the making.

Mike the work will be mounted permanenly on the stainless steel standWill do this by bolting from bottom with stainless steel bolts. Will tap holes in feet. And then weld over where bolts come though from underside of stand.
