Was planning to build ribs and all bones that make up the backbone in a strait position. And then bend backbone into final position. But after thinking a little about it. Decided to bend into final postion first. This way I can see the right locations for the ribs and the other bones.

This is almost at final position. Will need to find tune the position. Give it as much movement and corectness as I can. Will sit and look at this for an hour or so this evening. And then again in the morning for a while. And then place in final position.

A thing I,ve noticed about pictures I,ve look at. And about the large skeletons I,ve seen. Is they don,t seem to have any life or movement. They look kinda of flat and stiff. So I,ll stay away from doing that. I,ll even give my Rex some eyes.

Somthing else I,ve notice about the skeletons I,ve seen. The backbone are not bent in a consitant radis. Ofcourse in nature. All things have a constant radis. So the backone I,m making will have a consitant radis. The backbone now is in it,s final position. Next the ribs and neck bones.

Wow! I cannot wait to see the next update John!
May I say of your work you have posted for our viewing, this has got to be the best I've had the honor of viewing. You should be very proud of yourself John. The patience, the amount of thought, the research to
ing this dinosaur to "life", the overall huge amount of effort you are putting into this is so very inspiring!
Bravo! And so looking forward to your next post! :D

Great line of thought there John about the stillness, the deadness. That's for museums, for artifacts. An artist should aim for giving life...so I applaud for your effort. Restrictions overcome by true creativity.
