Hey Guys!!!

Started this one a little while ago, did some work on the trees but much more to do on this.

Not done yet, still outlined, will finish it tonight. Hubby out of town, don't have to cook dinner (YEH!!!) which leaves more time to work on my art.

I may be scared of raccoons but these are cute and friendly looking. I love how you do this. I tried wood burning once and could not make it look right how many hours before you got this down? I love the smell of working with wood and the burner but I could not get my thought or get the image to come up and do anything for me or anyone else.

I don't know about hours getting it down. If you can sketch, then you can wood burn. It's not much different than working with charcoal. Just practice with your own technique. There are a lot of resources out on the net to help you get started.

Scared of Raccoons? The little rascals!!! They are VERY mischievous! They won't hurt you when left alone and not cornered.

I NEVER bother any wild life, love watching to see what they do. I'm an animal lover and chase away hunters from my general area. I won't let them park or go into the forest around my house. My husband tells me not to argue with people who have guns!

You can download wood burning patterns for ALL skill levels. Start with a beginner pattern and advance yourself. I do my own patterns, don't really care to work with ones done by other artists.
