This is by far your best work (that I have seen). Your shading technique is much better, more more blended and natural looking.

yeah someone pointed out a major problem i had that restrained me from the next realistic level. i think i finally got it now
getting the right skin tone is crucial!!!

THIS IS AWSOME. I DIG THE BACK DROP AND THE LIGHT IN THE EYES. HIT IT ON THE HEAD WITH THIS.
