I would let you know the website is by WEBS.COM where you can create a site with a built in web builder really easy to use and upload your stuff gives you list of pages I have linked it to this website and its really easy to do. Check it out

Yes it comes with the thing, create your own named web site and then you use the builder which is used to do it, they give you all kinds of backgrounds and web lists - Home, my site, web store, you pick the one which is best for what you want and if there is comething missing you add a page which is what I did with the Links and all the forms are there and its really easy to use. The only thing is if you want to have the .webs.com removed you subscribe to the premium thingy but I can live with the extention so it's free

there is also a community there so I also added your site onto my Links hope you don't mind.

EDIT ADDITION
Just thought I would let you know that I have updated my website and I have even found a really cool widget that translates my whole Site into different languages rather than the page you are on - which is what most do. Check it out let me know if it gets it wrong as i want my site to be viewable by all Sorry as i only speak English so you mutilinguals out there a little feedback would be great Thanks
