I have started a 11 x 14 picture of a little dancer using soft pastel. Thank you for viewing, any thoughts?

Looks like it,s going to be a nice drawing. When you say soft Pastel. Do you mean pencils.? And is this canvas or canvas
oad?
Perfection is what drives an artist.
The inability to achieve perfection is what creates a work of art.

Hi, my thoughts are that your style is very soft and pretty and overall it looks like a nice drawing, but the first thing I notice is the legs. I think you need to look at your model, assuming its from a model or the photo because the legs seem a bit disproportionte to the upper body. I hope that helps. Arlene

I thing the lines of soft pastel has created the movement of the dancer but the legs are little small for the figure--
