The Harl (Great Dane)WIP

Postby BYart » Wed Apr 15, 2009 6:22 pm

Just beginning the Harl in my series. The Harlequin is colored much like a Dalmation, white with torn patches of black. Some Harls(in fact alot of them) have 'merle' or gray patches in with the spots. The less Merle spots the more correct the color.
This one is to be the head of a female, less lip, and a bit more refined...well see how she goes! :)
Thanks for viewing, and comments always welcomed!

Very Nice

Barb,
What a great looking dog! You REALLY capture the look in their eyes! Once you get the eyes done, the rest seems to fall into place since we all tend to focus on the eyes of another. You knock it out of the park when it comes to the eyes on these.

Great job so far! Can't wait to see the finished product!
