
I've resisted oils for years for a lot of reasons. The ones that most people avoid them for. Messy, toxic fumes, long drying time. But mostly for the long cleanup. Too bad you couldn't just use water and you're done.
Ah, you can! I just discovered water soluble oil paints. Decided to try them. Had a Hobby Lobby gift card from my birthday, so perfect time to do it.
I experimented with them for awhile and decided to try and do a painting. I painted over an acrylic piece that I wasn't happy with. This is what I have so far. Still working on it. Feel free to comment. Carl! Let me have it!!
