Acrylic - I like the thought of all kinds of new beginnings. Thanks For looking.
To me, it's still messy, so I'll add a couple more washes and a line here or there. E

This is very cool E! Allot of movement and full off life. I dont think its "messy" but it still needs something. :)

At first look my mind went "ah geeeesh' not again. A closer look makes me make these comments. You see the splotch in the upper left? Place some varied colors of light umber to dark umber within and at the bottom of that kind of yellow splotch to make it look like it is a three dimensional form holding something. I think the same thing should be done to that squiggly line traversing across the yellow straight diagonal lines. It would again introduce the illusion of dimensionality. I find that your best paintings are those that look dimensional of forms within the fantasy environment you create to support them. It just occurred to me that your flat paintings look unfinished. Your, for a lack of a better way to say it, paintings that have bulbous, fat forms appear to either have or are about to produce life. Think about what I have said a bit.

Been checking on this for awhile now. It is very busy. The gold has now become the dominate color. We truly have different approaches to art. Fineartamerica.com has a three colored frame, inside band almost black, center band golden brown and outer band dark walnut. Check it out for the reference about the type of frame I think would go with this painting to complete it. Glad to see you moving on and doing again Elizabeth.

Good afternoon Elizabeth. I am taking the liberty of deleting Nigel's negative posts now that he is no longer a member. Kind of cleaning up the site to remove negative and nasty posts so as not to introduce bad questions in new members minds. Two edge sword here. One edge is censorship. The other is site improvement for a 'family friendly' presentation which is what Joe wants. So, I believe I am cleaning up things a bit. Have a good evening.

Thank You so much, Carl. My work may not be to everyone's taste but I still believe
