Great article James. Thanks for posting it. I haven't added more Surreal artists to our archives other than Dali yet, but plan on it when I make updates to the gallery. If anyone wants to see more of Dali's work, here you are: http://asingularcreation.com/Gallery/th ... p?album=76

all the best,
Joe

Thanks very much. Very interesting.

Dali is one of my favourite painters. I have several of his prints in my bedroom.

Of course there is a relationship between mind and art!!!! That's why we do it!

Any information on another Surrealist please...Man Ray?

Nice article. it would have been useful to me if I have noticed this forum little earlier. Because recently I have done an essay about dadaism. But you have written about surrealism also. It is good know about that also anyway thank you for the wonderful article. I summarized my essay as follows
"Generally, Dadaism stood for the opposite of what the society in general stood for. Where art was considered to be aesthetic form of expression, Dadaism ignored aesthetic. The existence of this movement was not stable. By 1925, this movement gave way to surrealism and later other movements took its place."
