The water looks nice, the ripples are realistic. The eye of the closest one seems to be a little too overpowering, maybe just darken the white to a gray? The eyelids of many animals usually hid the white of their eyes, so even just a dark brown with a black dot could do wonders. I think the wings are very well done, they have a sense of life to them. And lastly, what are they standing on?

I'll work on the things you stated. The birds are standing on the shore (I guess). I painted it using a photograph taken by a friend.
