It's a beautiful scene, lovely colors! Especially the sky and Mts.!

I do believe that the reddish foliaged tree is distracting and would serve the composition better if it were toned down or removed(or moved to other grouping of trees, possibly in the forefront). It's current position/color...stops my eye dead center of the painting.
On the reflections, the old mill's reflection is wonderfully done, but I do not think we would be seeing as much reflection of the trees given the lighting(I'm assuming overhead), and their positioning further up the hill.
Shadows below the trees would be more correct, I think.
Am I making any sense?
If lighting were coming from the right of painting, for example, then the reflections should be more elongated to the left....anyway...it is a beautiful painting and very well done!
