The only critical thing I can say about this painting is that I personally would like to see more color in it. Otherwise like the other one you posted I would love to have it hanging on my wall.

I think intensifying the contrast and saturation would help.

I would not change it. My eye moved around easily, not jumping from one thing to another. Too much contrast or additional color and I think you lose the soothing feel of it, like the tides rolling in and out. Gentle but powerful. I usually loathe abstracts. I like this.

I have little credentials , but it I think that the subtle and smooth colring MAKES this painting what it is..I think it is wonderful!!
