I love the colors in this. Only crit would be the white for the eyes and teeth seems a bit too white.

John, you are definitely improving. I remember your first attempt at a painting. You've come a long way. That being said, I agree that the teeth are a bit too pronounced. I also think that the size and spacing of the nose are a bit off.

John, very good job. I love what youd did with her shoulders and neck, and her face is nice. Somehow you preserved your John-style from your earlier works which is good, because it's so unique. Keep that if you can. The only drawback is the background. I'm not sure about the yellow tiles. They shift the focus off her face. Other than that, your hard work is paying off. Good for you.
