  • Occupation: I work at the barn where I board my horses, exercise ride a horse 2x/wk, pet/horse sit, and now and then do commissions as well. I would like to make a living with my drawings!

  • About Me: My name is Robyn Dolby and I am a 21 year old self taught pencil artist. I am from England, but am living in America - would love to move back though!
    I dropped out of art in high school sophomore year and stopped drawing for a couple years. I then decided to teach myself and that worked a lot better for me, I have improved drastically over the past 2 years.
    I enjoy drawing people and horses the most out of anything, but I have also done dogs, cats, cars, flowers, etc.
    My next goal would be to learn how to use coloured pencil, they kind of scare me a bit right now haha.

A wonderful collection, keep on keepin' on and in my opinion you cant miss! Dont fear other mediums, even if you find that they are not for you it will enrich your fav medium to explore others... Good luck and pass out some carrots to your horses for me:) :wink:

Ok Robyn answer one question if you can what is the most helpful tool so to speak on creating the appearence of a black and white photo with pencil as a media and what are you using as far as paper goes? honestly these are among the best i have seen...great job
